About Lögdö Wild

In this wilderness, located between Sundsvall, Timrå, Kramfors, and Sollefteå, and which also includes the Fageråsen and Rigåsen nature reserves, one can find tranquility. The entire Lögdö Wildmark is owned by SCA Skog, where we practice traditional forest management, except within the nature reserves.

Locally, Lögdö is often referred to as "the mountains," because upon arriving here, many are struck by the magnificent nature, with beautiful lakes, vast wetlands, and wonderfully fresh, crisp air.

Here, you can rent a cabin and simply relax, spending time with family and friends. We also provide a few designated spots for camping enthusiasts. Note that camping is only permitted at the designated areas.

There are numerous lakes within Lögdö Wildmark. Some lakes have natural stocks of Arctic char, trout, rainbow trout, pike, and perch. In others, we stock fish to optimize the chances for visiting anglers to make a catch. You can purchase fishing permits for the many "put & take" waters and perhaps try your luck at catching the elusive wild trout. These lakes are well-maintained by our staff to ensure everything works smoothly for our guests.

Cloudberries, lingonberries, and blueberries can be picked freely, and why not try gathering the cranberries that grow on vines in the large wetland complexes? We also recommend bringing bicycles, as the area offers miles of gravel roads for exploration.

For a limited time each year, we dedicate the area to hunting guests, offering opportunities to hunt small game, with a chance to experience top bird hunting as well. We can even provide tips on where to find beavers and track hares. The hunting grounds span 75,000 hectares, which means hunting pressure is low.

Today, Lögdö Wildmark boasts a well-developed network of roads, making it easy to reach lakes, charcoal pits, kilns, and other points of interest.

Below, you will find printable maps, and once you arrive in Lögdö Wildmark, you can visit this website to pay for your camping spot. You can also easily purchase fishing permits here.
