Lögdö Wild is owned by SCA Skog AB, company registration number: 556048-2852. However, all contact should be made directly with the facility.
Acceptance of Terms
It is important that you review SCA Skog AB’s General Terms and Conditions. By completing your booking, you accept these terms, and the booking amount will be charged to your card.
(Note: Bookings made via phone or email directly to a facility may be subject to different terms.)
Scope of Agreement
These terms apply between SCA Skog AB and the person who makes the booking, either on their own behalf or on behalf of another party (referred to as the guest). The agreement may include accommodation, transport, the purchase of products or services, or a combination thereof.
Booking and Payment

When is the booking binding?
The booking becomes binding for both the guest and SCA Skog AB once the booking has been confirmed and payment completed via Klarna Checkout. -
When must the guest pay?
Payment must be made immediately using the available options in Klarna Checkout. -
How to cancel a booking
Cancellation must be made by emailing: info.logdowild@sca.com and include your booking number.
Accommodation Terms

For cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival, 100% of the booking cost will be retained by SCA Skog AB.
Terms for Other Arrangements (Packages and Activities)

Discounts, Offers, and Campaigns

Bookings made at a discounted rate, as part of a promotion or offer, are generally non-refundable and non-changeable, regardless of when cancellation is made.
SCA Skog AB Responsibilities
SCA Skog AB may adjust booking terms provided equivalent services/products can be offered. Price increases due to tax changes or service fees may apply up to 20 days before arrival and must be communicated to the guest. Price reductions apply under the same conditions.
Some activities require guests to attend a mandatory pre-meeting the evening before. This is stated in the activity description. Activities may be cancelled for safety reasons, such as extreme weather or low participant numbers.
If SCA Skog AB cannot deliver the booked service and no equivalent alternative is available, the guest is entitled to cancel and receive a refund for unused parts of the booking.
Guest Rights
As an organizer, SCA Skog AB is responsible for:

Supplying necessary information and documents in time

Informing of any major changes to the booking

Ensuring room/bed access until 12:00 on departure day
SCA Skog AB is not responsible for any third-party promises made to the guest outside of its knowledge—always request written confirmation.
Guest Responsibilities

The guest must be 18 years or older to book. For group bookings, at least two guests must be 18+ unless otherwise specified.

Guests must comply with house rules and may not exceed the number of persons stated in the booking.

Disruptive behavior or rule violations may lead to immediate eviction without refund.

Guests are responsible for verifying booking details upon receipt and must report errors immediately.

If any guest has allergies, this must be stated when booking. Room listings will indicate whether pets or smoking are prohibited, but SCA Skog AB cannot guarantee past usage conditions.

Guests must clean before departure. If cleaning is not performed, a minimum fee of SEK 500 will be charged.
Complaints and Disputes

Guests should first contact SCA Skog AB with any complaints.

If the matter is not resolved, the guest may contact The Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Disputes may also be settled via the EU online dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

If no check-in/check-out times are stated on logdowild.se or in your confirmation, please contact the facility in advance.

Unless otherwise noted, accommodation prices do not include cleaning, linens, towels, baby cots/high chairs, or toiletries. Bring what you need.

Special conditions apply for groups of 10 or more, as well as school, sports, or youth groups. Please contact the facility directly.

Online child rates apply only to families.
Data Protection
By making a payment, the guest consents to the processing of personal data by SCA Skog AB for booking administration, safety purposes, damage handling, and potential cancellation protection. Guests may request access to their data by contacting SCA Skog AB.
Force Majeure
SCA Skog AB is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g. extreme weather, legal changes). The same applies to contractors or partners.
Payment Options
The Kustom Checkout Solution
SCA uses Kustom Checkout to manage your purchase in our store. Kustom Checkout is an independent checkout solution provided by Kustom AB through which payment methods and delivery options are available.
Kustom is not a bank and does not process payments directly; Kustom provides the interface and logic that shows the available payment methods.
When you use the checkout to complete your purchase, you will be offered different payment methods. These payment methods are provided by different payment service providers, depending on the payment method you choose when completing your purchase. For the payment, you will be redirected to a payment service provider, such as Klarna/Custom where the purchase is completed.

Kustom will not perform a credit check, but it can be done by the payment method you have chosen to complete the purchase.
